    I've been looking for this thread for ages! I used to do these challenges 2 years ago when I lost a lot of weight :) I wanted to rejoin now that I've restarted. :smile:
    I'm on 1.7 lost for June so far!

    I will weigh myself on Mondays for this month:
    5/28: 140.6
    6/4: 136.4 lost a lot in one week but that is partly due to being sick.
    6/11 140.0 Had a very tough week but it's my fault, I ate whatever I wanted and didn't stick to it at all. Can anyone give me advice on staying on target when you get to a low amount of weight because every time I get to a good weight which makes me happy i cheat really bad.

    Jeni I felt that way completely last week. I was at a great weight which made me happy and then i just ate bad bad and more bad the whole week and ended up gaining a few pounds. How do you find yourself to get really motivated? i would like to drop 2 of the pounds that i gained this coming week. I gained 3.6
