    I wasn't planning on weighing in until Tuesdays but I had this odd feeling this morning to check the scale. I dropped 4 lbs since I had last weighed myself. Yippee!

    Like it! 5 pounds this month feels good since I think my last 10 would be a bit hard to accomplish this month. I weigh in on Monday mornings. It's in an attempt to keep me honest over the weekend, but really the strategy hasn't proven itself true :)

    I am up for this challenge. Never done challenges before so here's hoping I can do this :) Also feel free to add me if you want :)

    SW - 180lbs (this is when I started on MFP)
    CW - 177lbs (as of lat weigh in 28/05/12)
    GW - 168lbs (this will take me to 12st)
    UTG: - 154lbs (this is 11st which i would ideally love to be)

    1st weigh in - 4/06/12 - 3lbs off now 174 lbs
    2nd weigh in - 11/06/12 -
    3rd weigh in - 18/06/12 -
    4th & last weigh in for June - 25/06/12 -

    I will weigh myself on Mondays for this month:

    6/4: 136.4 lost a lot in one week but that is partly due to being sick.

    No change from Friday. Adding more exercise this week and downloaded a pedometer app to my iphone to motivate myself to get up from my desk more. Not sure if I can keep it in my pocket during Zumba tonight however! Dying to get a Fitbit when they go on sale somewhere.

    Here's the pattern:
    SW (start weight, optional) 213
    CW (current weight) 169.4
    GW (goal weight for the month of June) 165 or less if possible
    UTG: (Ultimate goal weight) somewhere in the 140 range

    first weigh in for me = 168.2 Great start in my opinion :)
