My current weight is 212. I struggled all weekend because it was my husband's 30th Birthday and we partied HARD. But I'm back in gear now! I lost 2lbs in the first week of the New Year! Hoping to stay on this downward trend.

I am embarrassed to be seen in public in my local area because I'm 70lbs heavier then I was 6 years ago. I hate bumping into people I know so I TRY to avoid them because I'm afraid when I was away, they'll talk crap about me and tell everyone how big I've gotten.

I use a heart rate monitor (I'm 195lbs, 5'6", 29y/o) I burn about the same every time... It's about 250-260 in the 25 minutes when I REALLY BUST MY BUTT til I'm ready to pass out, or if I do it at her pace, then i burn about 225. Hope that helps.

Okay, it's Friday! I drank more then a gallon on some days and just under a gallon on maybe 2. Starting weight 197. I weighed in today at 195.5! Honestly- not sure if it has a lot to do with how much water I was drinking, but it is a lot more then usual. Generally I was losing about 1lb every other week, now I've lost 3lbs…

Just did Day 4 today, it's getting easier but this time I worked HARDER for it... I ran faster, did my jumping jacks faster, increased the weights to 8lbs for the bicep curls, but I still struggled with the side lunge straight arm raises! Either way, I know good things are going to come from this!!!

Hey, so today (Monday) was my Day 3... it was much easier, I find the side lunges straight arm lifts to be the most difficult.
