I use a heart rate monitor (I'm 195lbs, 5'6", 29y/o) I burn about the same every time...
It's about 250-260 in the 25 minutes when I REALLY BUST MY BUTT til I'm ready to pass out, or if I do it at her pace, then i burn about 225. Hope that helps.0 -
I use an HRM and put it under Cardio (under "my workout").0

According to the internet, the average calories burned for one 20 minute session (on a 150 pound person) is 167 calories. I'm 166 lbs, so I figure I wouldn't burn much more than a 150 lb person. I just log it as 167 calories.0

Under cardio or circuit training and use a HRM it's the best way to be accurate for your body. :flowerforyou:0

I added in 30-Day Shred as a workout and calculate my calories burned with my HRM.0
