Calories are not a macro. The three macros are protein/fat/carbs (and technically alcohol but disregard that). If your macros are accurate and you are spot on with macro numbers, your calories should be spot on as well. If they are not, disregard them. They are regularly underestimated. Like today I am spot on with macros…

You're body's fuel is carbs. Without them, it starts using fat and muscle to live. You're in a very unhealthy state in you're body and the fat an cholesterol you consume is literally deadly. Eat whole, unprocessed carbs (whole wheat, fruit, veggies, beans, etc) and there's no worry! But a no-carb diet is very unhealthy.

so I got Nutribiotic Brown Rice Protein:) it's pretty good and not chalky with fruit at all!! 120calories for 24g of protein! and no fat:) no sodium either. I got the vanilla flavor because there was no unsweetened:)

Pilates can be challenging and build muscle and make you swerat! It's hard! Definitely good for losing weight:) check out POP Pilates on YouTube!:)

Its because animal products make ur body more acidic and to 'neutralize' that it needs phosphate.. BUT phosphate and calcium are chemically bonded in your bones... so to keep ur body neutral and balanced it takes calcium from ur bones and makes them more brittle... BAM! artheritis

if your thyroid is bad enough to *affect ur weight*, you would be put on meds for it! if you're not on medication for it, it's obviously not slow enough to affect ur weight. I have hypothyroidism and when from 145lbs to 110lbs and I'm a busy junior in college. Hate to break it to you, but it's an excuse

1200 is the least you can eat without under-eating; if you are active and exercising than you should definitely be eating more to keep your body fully fueled:)

yes, your body takes your appetite away so it doesn't have to digest and burn food. this way, it can focus on healing ur body. lots of fluids!!!!!!!
