butt toning workouts

does anyone any good workout or workout videos that can help tone and lift the butt? i feel like my butt can use some work and i already do pop pilates for my butt but i feel like i can do more

  • i actually have butt bible on demand (im not sure if its still there, i hope it is) but tell me how you like it, i keep telling myself to try it but i always forget

    I do Butt Bible. I really like it. Sore the next morning after I did it. It is about 23 min. long, so easy enough to fit into my day.

  • Jillian Michaels has a buns dvd. I really like her 30 day shred workout so I am guess that is a good one as well. :) And running stairs has always been a good butt lifter I am told. :p

    Squats, lunges, glute kickbacks, plie squats to name a few. Not to mention they give you great legs too.
