I'm hoping to lose 2 stone by September... And I do atleast 30 mins on the wii fit every night and go to the gym once or twice a week... I'm hoping to start going to Pilates once a week, does anyone know if pilates helps you lose weight or is it more of a relaxing exercise to relax your mind? Any hints or tips i would be very greatful

Pilates can be challenging and build muscle and make you swerat! It's hard! Definitely good for losing weight:) check out POP Pilates on YouTube!:)0

Looks cool, didnt realise you could do pilates at home using youtube! Dur! Will have to give it a go0
