Try intermittent fasting. You fast for 16 hours and eat during an 8 hour window each day. It is supposed to help with cravings for sugar as well.

Im not sure. But you do have a very apple shaped body. Maybe it's just our shape, we tend to carry most of our fat in the stomach/waist area.

I was going to try this, but realized I was tired of this stupid **** and yoyoing back and forth. I had crept up back into my 140s and it made me desperate. I used to buy into diet pills and eating really low cal but it just isn't sustainable. Finally I realized. Slow and steady is better.

Maybe you're over exerting yourself and your body is stressed out? I read something about cortisol and how it can keep you from losing weight if you exercise too much.

Depression and social anxiety. I suffer from physical symptoms when I'm in social situations (dry mouth, weak legs) and it makes me overly self conscious and hyper aware of my surroundings. (even a bit paranoid as to whether people are staring at me or talking about me) Depression makes me very irritable and fatigued.

5'6" and 124 lbs. I wear a size 3. I used to wear size 9 when I was 145. I tried on size 1 skinnies for giggles and it wouldn't get past my size 10 feet :P

i actually skipped out on going to s.korea over the summer because of my weight... i havent been back in almost 10 years and was afraid that everyone would stare at me for being fat i am now 129 lbs and 5'6 and i'm definitely going next summer since i'll be at least 120 by then..ill still be considered big. i hope clothing…
