JCPenney has cute stuff at cheap prices, always tons on clearance. I have found that they hold up well to washing and drying as well. I am losing weight so dont want to spend a ton as I change sizes, and these do the trick. Also, I have gotten some things from Goodwill...can't beat $2 workout tanks and $4 capris!

Love tuna casserole, but I use seashell noodles instead of rice. My father in law cant stand it though....calls it Tuna Noodle Yuck. Makes me laugh every time.

Every time I have a loss. My body's tendency is to lose, then bounce up a few lbs, then even out, then lose again, so I record those losses when they happen to keep me motivated! I will post a gain when it becomes evident that it isn't a "bounce". have to own those, too!

Almost every day! I do steel cut oats in the crockpot using water and cinnamon (google it, tons of recipes). I will add apple, banana, peanut butter, brown sugar (not the same day!) and then vanilla soy milk to get it to the consistency I like. AWESOME!!!! Your starting weight is just a few lbs more than mine, and your current weight is just 2 lbs less than my goal, which is 8 lbs from now. I was thinking I might not be happy w myself when I got there, but you look FANTASTIC!!! Thanks for posting. This is such incentive!

I think it is important to eat something in the mornings, and if you are short on time a good low cal, high protein shake is a perfect go-to meal. Eating in the morning give your body fuel for the day, starts your metabolism and can help to keep you from making bad choices for lunch and sooner because you are STARVING!

I weigh pretty much every day but I only log the losses, not the gains. figure that fluctuations are normal, but I figure the scale cant really fluctuate lower than I really am. Who knows if its true, but it works for me!

My friends trainer just told her to stop running on the treadmill and use the track at our gym instead because the treadmill "helps" you walk or run and that makes it easier, and less of a workout.

After joining MFP I decided to give up creamer. The sugar free is not much better than the regular stuff, calorie wise, and none of it is good for you!
