Good jams help me. I need something that makes me want to dance on the treadmill. Then I start jamming to the music and running all of a sudden becomes fun! It helps on other machines too, Good luck!

I'd eat a whole oreo tray in a day, most of it in a sitting. I could also eat an entire large bag of m&ms. Pretty much everything :)

I have a friend who was about 70lbs over weight, as soon as she started eating more she lost weight. It seems weird but I guess if you don't at least eat ur BMR then your body goes into starvation mode and saves everything.

Shes definitely red riding hood. Remember when she sold her car to help Cinderella? She made a point to save a glass wolf she keeps hanging from her mirror. That with her always wearing red and working at grandmas makes me think that's who she is.

I lost 40lbs and then just couldnt get any lower. I also would drop down but I would always come back to 143-147. This happened for a solid 3yrs. If everyday is like that day then it should work, but everyday isnt the same. Its hard to do the exact same thing every week but if your noticing every week that your prediction in 5wks is less and less then you know its working.
