Awesome job, you have some great advice too. You look really good at the weight you are at. I just started with MFP 2 months ago and find all the success stories on here really help me.

HELP, what am I doing wrong, I am still on my plateau I have not lost in 4 weeks and have been faithful with my calories and walking.

I have been obese all my life, when I was 12 I already weighed 135lbs, when I got married I was 180 then had my 1st child and gained 60ibs. lol, I saw the loose/lose thing little late.. people keep telling me to eat more but feels like I am eating too much then. Feels like why am I walking if I eat all those cal I am burning off.

Thanks for your comment, I get average 7 hours sleep a night, I eat very little carbs. I never eat my exercise cal, I use a nano for walking and it is accurate according to their exercise in this program.

Not enough, only on my 3 rd cup, I have very hard time drinking water..makes me feel like throwing up :(

you are doing awesome, keep it up whatever your doing is working for you. DO you eat after 6:00pm, what kinda food do you not eat now that you are on MFP? I have been obese since child and had gastric bypass in 1987 and now back up into the 200's.
