The scale helps me stay on track, I weight myself everyday. I know exactly which time I am the lightest, and what foods tend to help me hold on or lose weight. It's a tool that I absolutely need right now in my weight-loss journey.

Thanks for this. I have been doing LCHF for about three weeks, it seems I only "go" when I eat grains. I will incorporate sweet potatoes and try to eat more veggies.

I use to weigh every. single. thing. I weight a few things now...now as much as I use to. I can eye certain things pretty well. I currently do LCHF, it works great for me...But, oddly enough, when I started to stall, the only thing that helped was upping my calories and eating more carbs (I had lots of curry and rice). Try upping your carbs and your calories for a day and gage if that makes a difference.
