I eat it every day w/o the bread. just a tablespoon n it fills me up as a snack. it is high in fat,but its the good fat. my biggest problem is mindless snacking at night and I think I have it beat at least so far. I've lost a total of 60# well as of last tues weigh in :-)

I did great last week, kept up the exercise and water and ate healthy. this weekend the only exercise I did was walking the dog-but I ate healthy. hopefully the scale goes down tomorrow at weigh in.

I was on that in my 20's and in 2 months I gained 20 pounds and was nasty.[according to my mom and hubby]

SW: 286[9/2009] CW: 232[9/6/2011] Challenge GW:215[11/22/2011] Just fit into a pair of jeans I haven't worn in 9yrs before I became disabled and gained the weight. Still have a long way to go. My long range goal is to fit into a bikini next summer at the ocean.

I have sugar free popsicles and sugar free puddings and fruit. I can go thru almost a whole box of the popsicles in 2-3 days when I crave-its better than ice cream which I used to eat. Kathie

Yeah its been hard. I don't know hiow many times I got derailed. Haven't been able to exercise all summer as its been too hot n muggy and the only a/c we have is in the bedroom. started again this week, but the next 3 days r going to be in the 90"s again. hopefully it'll cool back down soon. Kathie

If you only consume between 500 to 900 calories a day and add exercise w/o the hormones you will lose. Its not a healthy safe way to do it, just another fad diet. Kathie

I know, the ONLY safe way to lose weight is to take in less calories than you burn. There is no quick way of doing it, the slower it comes off the more likely it'll stay off. Kathie

I began 2 yrs ago next month after my best friend died from complications of bariatric surgery. So far I've lost 54 and need to lose another50-60. 50 would get me back to my wedding weight 19yrs ago.
