I'm 5' 3.5" and 140.8 as of 2/16. I was stuck at 145 for probably 8-9years (except during my pregnancies). Since using portion control and calorie counting (and breast feeding doesn't hurt either), I've beat my plateau! Looking to get rid of the muffin top and tone up butt and thighs, maybe 10lbs, if that.
