  • I also fell off the fitness wagon again and I am trying to get back on track. I definitely need to stick with this and I have to watch the "treating" myself.   • Thanks, I have her 30 day shred which is also really good. It gradually introduces exercises that challenge a little more with each segment. I like it too because you can switch out workouts to avoid getting bored and the last segment has a variety of plank exercises for those who can't get enough of those. LOL
  • Packing lunches is a huge thing and probably one of the hardest for me too.
  • Well, this one will be a piece of cake for me since most of my diet consists of vegetables and meat. I would like to lose 4lbs by December 31st and I'm going to try to do this by adding aeorbics every other day to what I'm doing.
  • I have been walking at least 30 minutes a day either after work or during my lunch breaks at work. I need to add something else every other day to help with toning and working on my core.
  • Bathroom our friend no joke. I'm on a water pill so I'll be walking more too because at work.! :-)
  • I'm here. I'm going to be hanging out at home this weekend and probably get out and walk. Starting off slowly because I'm still getting used to the diet I'm on.
