Great idea. I prelog my meals either the night before or early in the day.

Bean crisps from Costco. Salty and crispy, only 200 calories for 34 chips. Made with beans and vegetables, got to try them.

I'm 55 and working hard at losing 15 lbs. not easy! Using mfp and doing yoga which I areally enjoy. Joined a gym in February and was doing great going 3 xs per week but lately finding any excuse not to go. Maybe it's the weather, lol. Guess I need some friends. Add me please.

;) Hi, Dan and welcome. I've been here on and off for a year. Doing pretty good right now, 30 days and counting. Started doing some exercise, gym membership, cardio and some strength training. Progree is slow but feeling it! Feel free to friend me, could use use some help! Lol

I joined a gym a month ago and do 30 minutes of cardio and weight machines 3-4 times a week. I still get sore if I push too hard. I guess we have to try and balance it all out, mostly let our bodies get use to it.

I have been learning yoga with the help of Adrienne, she is good. Yoga with Adrienne, I highly recommend. I was having back issues and tried her yoga for back pain, it really helped.

Don't beat yourself up! Tomorrow you just go back to eating within your calories. You'll be fine. We all overindulge once in awhile, we're human.

There are lots of cereals out there now with added protein. Special K and kashi, both very good.

Wow, this can get a little confusing. I'm 139lbs., 5' tall and want to reach 125. I work in a retail position where I'm on my feet 7.5-8.5 hours 5 days per week. I find mft. so easy to use. Haven't missed a day in 2 weeks. ( so far so good). I am on 1200 calories and find foods that keep me full. Add me if you want.
