Yep, it happens:) Sometimes 6 lbs or more. I do not weigh myself around that time because although I know the cause I find it discouraging. By the third day in it seems to disappear:)

I like my oatmeal rather old school. I always undercook them slightly, I hate anything mushy. I only use old fashioned steel cut oats, never quick or instant. My favourite way to eat them is with a little bit of half and half and brown sugar.

I am a stay at home mom so I do have the time to get workouts in most days. Some days I am extremely busy and feel I dont have it. Chocolate Banana Smoothie 1/2 cup milk 1/3 of a banana (more if you like) 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder 3 ice cubes 1 tsp powdered sugar ( I dont use a full tsp but it does help)

I am glad to know that I am not the only one not following along as well... My BMR is 1734 My TDEE is 2075 So I am to eat 1734 everyday and set my MFP goal to maintain and then with exercise have a deficit of 1000 or less? Am I close or way off here? LOL
