Mon: 1055 burned - jogging in place, dancing, walking, some heavy cleaning, aerobics and decided to play some Just Dance with the kids tonight. I have never done this much!

Wed: 922 burned - Exerbeat Latin for Wii, jogging, walking, dancing and playing Just Dance 2 in the evening

I don't use a pedometer and don't include any walking under 30 min (like when I take dog out). I figure that goes into my basal metabolic rate. I also don't measure cals burned during my 3 x 1 hours sessions weight training (with fitness coach).

Sunday we had a family fitness challenge. Almost my whole family tried it: ages 8 -40. we ended it up doing pushups, squats, jump squats, crunches, reverse crunches and lunges for over 2 hours. It was so much I didn't really feel the pain ...until the next day)
