I wish you nothing bur good luck in youer weight loss journey it is nto easy as I lose motivation or ambition from time however not being sick or overweight is the biggest motivator currently I am relosing what was lost

Thanks guys the place I go to has free miso soup but may fav is the califrornia roll :-( I have almost 800 calories left plus I haven't exercised yet so I may be good.

Oat meal/ceral in the morning Lite yogurt/fruit/lean cusine or salad/animal cracker lunch (I love junk food so I will chalk up that 120cal) Dinner varies from cereal to soup to lean chicken breast and veggies snacks are usually cashews or once again animal craker or lite swiss micc (2 packets ar 50 cal)

Taking a week off from the gym I still do cardio workouts at home at the gym I was walking/sprinting 2+ miles a day & strength training

Hi I'm from Detroit, MI I have lost 9lbs since being with MFP and 36lbs altogether or 2stone 9lbs & sometimes needs a little motivation. I work out 4-5 times a week and go to grad + planning a September 2012 wedding.

Thats a little steep everyday just doesn't seem to be doable I walk 2 miles a day 4-5 times a week with school & full time work thats even a lot.

I'm afraid of the medication you never get off of it. My grandfather and mother had/have type 2 diabeties he died still taking insulin & she still takes pills even though her sugar has been under control for years. They took her off every medication except that one. You never get off the medication.

Thanks for the response I was 256.5 before the 258. As for the doctor i don't have health insurance & with my sugar levels coming down that far in a month I'm sure I can get it lower than what it is. I'm afraid they're going to put me on insulin and no one goes off insulin once prescribed. I have started tracking my eating…
