Completely normal to feel this way! I become irrational as my DD approaches. I threatened my OB that I would hold him hostage until he agreed to induce me! Needless to say he said yes for the next day however my water broke that morning a few hours before needing to be there! Enjoy these last weeks as you will forget all…

The baby will take what it needs is very true. I was just diagnosed with celiac disease and during my last full-term pregnancy I got very sick but the baby was born fine. (9lbs 11oz) He is a happy healthy 16 month old. I on the other hand was very sick to the point of my heart and brain having problems properly…

I was breastfeeding my 1 year old when I started gluten free. However within a couple of weeks I started ovulating again and since my cycle has started again with no change in the breastfeeding. I did get pregnant the first cycle but got contaminated from eating out and miscarried within 12 hours. So I totally believe it…

I am so happy to find others who have neurological symptoms! I have only been mostly gluten free for 4 months and I am off my anti-depressants and with vitamin supplements I have been feeling much better. I did not have so many digestive issues but neurological symptoms were bad! I had brain fog and I felt like my brain…

I have celiac dissease and was just diagnosed this July ad since have had my 3 kids diagnosed as well. I didnt notice changes so much when I went off gluten but when I was contaminated with it I did! Now I can tell if I have been contaminated just by how my body is reacting. The biggest hidden gluten surprise was how it is…

I am Canadian as well and I just watched like a hawk so no flour was used that and my husband helped make the meal so he watched close too. Also I baked all the bread the day before for my MIL and my mother to put in the stuffing so we could all enjoy because it would be hard as my 3 boys and I all need GF. The big thing I…

Breastfeeding or pumping is essentially the same. You are still producing milk. I can`t remember if you add 300 or 500 calories daily. Good luck with your son. And if you feel a drop in your supply up your calories a bit. And good for you for pumping that much I have never gotten more than 5 oz!

I am 26 but a mom of 3 kids and I totally understand how having kids changes everything about your life. And makes it harder to lose weight but so much more important!

I too am having frustration with weight loss after going GF. I thought it would melt off but I have cheated a few times. Also In July when I was diagnosed after my grandma was diagnosed I was being seen by a neurologist because they suspected MS or a tumor. I was very sick and my brain was not working! My heart also had an…

That sounds just like my son. Once going GF he has been happier and sleeping and the solid poop! LOL He feels so much better he now knows that gluten makes him sick and he always asks if it is gluten free. I have celiacs and so does my grandma so it is in our family as well and it turns out my sons do as well. My baby got…

Biopsies can come back negative even if you have celiacs disease as the damage can be patchy. A good book to get that explains everything well is "The Complete Gluten-free Nutrition and Diet Guide". Also your blood work can be negative and the biopsy positive. I know it is alot of information to absorb. I was diagnosed 8…

I have to agree a bit with everyone. If I am there and know what they are doing then there is no need for anyone to say anything and the only way anyone should say anything is if they are putting themselves in danger. Same goes I will not say anything to other kids as long as there is no chance if getting hurt AND the…
