    Hey friend!

Same thing happened to me. Not only does your metabolism change after having children, but your lifestyle changes greatly as well. I'm a young Mom also- 21 with a 3 and half year old. I lost almost all of my pregnancy weight after having my daughter, but when she turned 2, I became a stay at home Mom and the sedentary lifestyle has really affected my weight!!! (not to mention the stress of looking after your kid(s)- it's demanding! But I think as long as you keep in focus that there are several reasons to lose weight, #1- YOUR HEALTH, It has to be for you, or else you're not going to succeed healthily. #2- Your kids are looking to you as their example of how to eat well/be healthy. #3- You've been thin and you know how good it feels!! Just log log log your food, it will help you to be aware of what you're eating, and more importantly- how much you're eating. Be healthy and happy! You'll do great! Welcome.

I am 26 but a mom of 3 kids and I totally understand how having kids changes everything about your life. And makes it harder to lose weight but so much more important!
