I guess i was just questioning because other people i have seen on here, have been following the calorie number that MFP gave them, and they arent losing. and you are right, i think i am over thinking things!!! thank you :) i feel better already just with 1 week of eating clean, whole, good food!!!

I am having each of those in my meals. I am stick to whole foods. I am not eating anything white. (pasta, white bread, etc). I have 100% whole wheat bread, and kashi whole wheat crackers, and when i have those with a mean, i have one slice, and 1 serving which is 7 crackers. I have cut out all junk and processed stuff…

So if i burn 300 calories from exercising during the day, i need to consume 300 more calories? I am eating 3 meals a day with really no snacks in between. i think i need to eat more frequently. This is the salad I made for lunch! red leaf lettuce with baby spinach, mushrooms, granny smith apple, raisins(going to use cranberries next time), bleu cheese crumbles, walnuts, oven roasted chicken breast, and toasted ginger sesame dressing! DELISH! :D

Good idea on freezing them! I bought a big thing of spinach, afraid it will go bad before i can use it all, since im the only one eating it!!! I havent tried kale yet, but i plan on getting some soon! :)

I have changed my protein to 30% carbs to 40% and fat to 30% I think its going to work out great! :)

I couldnt believe it!!! Best yogurt Ive ever had, but, got rid of it right away! So now, nonfat plain greek yogurt it is!

Yes, lean protein is what I am consuming! Thanks for pointing that out :) chicken, turkey or tuna is my meat choice, and 2% milk, non-fat cottage cheese, non-fat plain greek yogurt.

Great idea!! I have blueberries and raspberries frozen that I picked last summer, and I have been making a smoothie for breakfast with greek yogurt, and blueberries, and 1/4 banana! It is very satisfying! :)
