I have them too, so I've just taken up other forms of exercise and decided that running isn't for me.. Probably not the answer you were looking for :P I really prefer low impact stuff because of it.. bike or elliptical is great and doesn't kill me like running

You don't eat the core or the seeds so I highly doubt that would include them

Weird, I've never seen a low-cal one, but I have seen the low-carb cans before and they used the same color scheme. I have to have a monster once in a while too, and I tried the "absolute zero" kind last night. Really not bad at all..

I've always had trouble with the food urges, too.. I can eat a full meal and still feel hungry, even though I know I don't need any more food. Just have to get adjusted and put mind over matter, right? Easier said than done :P
