my fave is apple gorgonzola chop salad: chopped romaine hearts (at least 2 cups), medium granny smith apple with peel on, tablespoon of walnuts or pecans, dried tart cherries 1 T., gorgonzola cheese crumbles, and a fruity vinaigrette. so simple and so tasty.

I realized that I was gaining weight during the wedding process that my honeymoon sealed the deal. We were at Six Flags- and some of the seats were not so easy to get in and out of. At least I knew my hips wouldn't let me go anywhere without being yanked out :/

kid ideas would be homemade mini corndogs. use a mix of jiffy cornbread and cut up one hot dog. use a mini muffin pan and you're good to go.

Remember- humans were never meant for shoes- lift shoe-less with caution. You'll be fine. and actually you may just heal faster than the projected 7 weeks. I healed completely in 3 weeks.

Actually- you cannot submerge your feet in water for any length with a tattoo. water does carry bacteria, too. >>in regards to the person who posted about doing aquatic workouts
