  • Hello everyone! I hope you all had a great holiday! I was also up and at it early this morning, finished 60 minutes of exercise, but I am only counting it as 30 minutes because I was moving a little slowly today!
  • Great work! I have NOT been a good girl this week :frown: I did my 5 am work out on Monday, but then slept in yesterday AND today. Boo me! I can come up with a thousand reasons/excuses, but I NEED to put my health and body first.... I WILL work out tonight, and I WILL be up tomorrow!

  • Hi Katie, The journey can be super tough! My weight keeps going up and down the same 1-2 lbs, but I feel better, healthier, and stronger, just by eating right and exercising. Hang in there, log in every day, find some supportive friends on MFP (feel free to friend me) and remember that lasting change doesn't happen…

  • Hello! Great work. Although we seem to be missing a few people :-P I was also up and out of the house by 5:15. One hour of bootcamp, and my body is killing me! I don't have bootcamp tomorrow though, so I will (hopefully) be logging in bright and early to work out with you guys!
  • Sorry ladies, I fell victim to the snooze button this morning. My work out yesterday left me super sore and exhausted! (I know, excuses excuses). But I WILL be up and ready to go tomorrow by 5:00am. I am doing a bootcamp class which is one hour or cardio and weights. GREAT work-out

  • Hello! I actually joined a Fitness Bootcamp class near my house that is from 5:30-6:30 am, so i was up at out nice and early. The camp is only for the next two weeks, so I will hopefully stay on-track for those two weeks, but then will need some am support! Good work everyone, keep it up!
