I will be doing the Race for Life on the 7th July, at Mote Park in Maidstone :) I did my first one last year, took around 45minutes, so I would love to get that down to 40minutes. I started the c25k again on Sunday, and this will be the preparation I do!

When you say no sugar, what do you mean? No processed sugars? Edit: I enjoy eating a lot of fruit, and I tend not to worry about sugar really. x

Slice them up and freeze them in a tupperware container. You can then bring them out and at anytime and blend them up with a splash of milk (any milk), you then have instant low calorie ice cream! I like to add some peanut butter to mine, makes the ice cream really creamy. :flowerforyou:

I have just made these and eaten them for dinner - they were so tasty! I had 2 burritos and the total calorie count was 436! Such a filling meal :)

I mix it in with salads, couscous and it is always good with a baked sweet potato :) I am sure you could make it into some form of pattie as well, mixed with some breadcrumbs etc! :flowerforyou:

I always start the day with a Green Tea - It makes me feel full of energy. It is probably a placebo effect, but as long as it works for me mentally, I don't mind :)

I have lost 56lb and my bra size increased significantly. I went from a 36GG to a 32JJ. Obviously my back size went a lot smaller, thats why my cup size increased. But as you can see, mine definitely didn't get smaller! <3
