Fearne Cotton - Cook happy, cook healthy.
Hi, Has anybody else bought Fearne Cotton's new recipe book? I would really recommend it if you want to cut down on sugar and a lot of the nasties we find in food nowadays. Tonight I have made some chia breakfast pots & a spelt loaf filled with seeds, raisins and apricots. Chia pudding: Mix 80g chia seeds, 650ml almond…

The one thing that I love about entering into the colder months is that my love for a nice bowl of steaming hot soup can be revisited! Time of the Month Question....
I notice that a lot of people, when they are on their TOM, they say they put on weight. I was wondering whether this is because they tend to eat more when they are on their period, or is it something that just happens, whether you eat more or not? :)

Today I measured myself my the first time, and I was shocked with the numbers that I saw. But I don't know whether I should be shocked or not, because I am not too sure what is normal :/ My neck was 14 inches. My waist was 39 inches. My hips were 43 inches. These seem like fairly big numbers too me :(

The Xbox Kinect!
So, yesterday I didn't really feel like going on my Cross Trainer, but I still wanted to burn off some calories (I had been for a Nando's in the afternoon). My housemate and I decided that we would spend the evening playing on the Xbox Kinect! WHAT AN AMAZING WORKOUT! The Kinect Sports game was exhausting, especially the…
