Hi Ho!

I bought some dried apricots a week or so ago, thinking I could eat them as a snack, but I am not that keen on them, so I am looking for some sweet or savoury recipes that I can use them up in!

    Good in porridge, couscous, with bulghur wheat in a tabbouleh.

    my wife dips them in chocolate... delicious in small quantities.

    the first time she did this I had about 6 or so that night.. not realizing the future ramifications of my actions.

    OH GAWD!!!! the next morning was awful!!!

    Just keeping it real.
