Hi,
Has anybody else bought Fearne Cotton's new recipe book? I would really recommend it if you want to cut down on sugar and a lot of the nasties we find in food nowadays.
Tonight I have made some chia breakfast pots & a spelt loaf filled with seeds, raisins and apricots.
Chia pudding:
Mix 80g chia seeds, 650ml almond milk, 4tbsp yogurt, dash of vanilla, 2tbsp maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Let it sit overnight and top with fresh berries!
Just over 200'calories per serving.
