My MiL had a doc (when she was around the same age i am now) that was so morbidly obese. She was told one day that in order to get rid of her diabeties she'd have to lose a lot weight. Meanwhile the doc had a bar of chocolate in his hand eating it during the consultation. She found a new doc and never went back.

ive found that if i eat my cals back, i don't lose weight but that's just me. i find myself SUPER hungry which is why i haven't lost much weight at all.

My hubby bought me Nescafe Mocha 99% fat free coffee sachets and the box says 240kj and in the MFP system it was showing up as 240 cals - the kj to cal conversion means it's actually 57 cals!!!

i do!!!!!!! i see my flaws and i embrace them. i've been on the other side and i tell ya what, i'm more happier 20kg overweight than i was at my skinniest. the only part of me i don't want to lose is my boobs - i just wish they were a little bit perkier but after 2 kids, that'll never happen LOL

i suggest that you try and keep your cals around the same each day and have either 1 meal or 1 day that's a cheat (still log though). keep up the routine of your jogging, weights and other excersise and you should see results.

i have sciatica and i only walk as running can be downright painful! go and get yourself some good quality walking shoes (if that's what you're going to be doing). you might also want to see a podiatrist just to get an assessment to see if there's anything else you should know about

oh i've also threatened to call the police to a door to door salesman. he didn't move so i started dialing... he was trying to scam me and casing the joint btw! plus he had his nose pressed on my screen door and was obviously looking for valubles which were easy to take.

religious folk never come to my side of the street anymore. they go to the other side week in and week out still! might be something to do with me telling them that i'm a spiritualist... i had clearly told them that the word of god does NOT allow street preachers and that they should read their bible a little bit closer…

I used to have a tongue ring but it was slowly chipping away at the back of my front bottom teeth. Took it out last year and haven't looked back. i did have it in for 10 years mind you! Don't have any tats and no other piercings besides the standard 1 in each ear.

i was 68kg pre pregnancy. child 1 i got down to 62kg post pregnancy however put the weight on during anti depressants. child 2 i was 75?kg and put on weight post pregnancy. over last christmas i got to my highest weight of 89kg.
