Thanks so much for your help guys! I will double check the entries (it's really hard to be exact in the college dining hall, I can't measure anything)

Goals for the next 100 days: 1. Build back up to being able to run 7km 2. Do a 7min strength workout at least 3 times a week 3. Log every day (With a two week break for going to Cambodia!!!! I don't think it is particularly feasible to log while I'm there) 4. Once I move back to college, having a plan of what to eat in the…

I'm starting running again after a break (for no reason other than laziness) since August. I ran 3.3km today at my slowest pace ever, but I'm determined to get back to where I was (I did a 12K in May). Goal of 35km!

decided to up my goal a little bit

My first run of the month was kind of scary, but not because of the zombies (an app I use religiously). It got dark, incredibly windy and lightning-y part way through the run which was exciting but a wee bit terrifying. One minute after I arrived home it started absolutely bucketing, so I'm just glad I made it back before…

I've had a break from running since about December, because of a holiday and a little injury, so I'm going to be a bit conservative in my goal of 45km

I just came back from 3 weeks holiday where I completely ignored MFP and, if your concern is partially that you'll lose progress while away and get out of your routine, I found that that impact wasn't as bad as I was expecting. Because I did LOTS of walking around looking at sights and was /somewhat/ sensible with what I…

I came back from my run today (8km, one of my longest) and jumped straight in the pool. It was beautiful.

I don't know if I'll make it, with the heat and Christmas and everything, but I'll get pretty close I think.
-
I made it to just over half way today!
-
I think I'm fairly on track to make my goal for the month. I'm just about to make a tentative plan of run days and lengths, so that I know how I'll do it. Also today's run was my fastest ever which was a great feeling! (32 minute 5k)

I've never done it purposely, but it always makes for a nice surprise when I get home and can say "oh, I drew a whale!". Maybe I should start planning for it

I went a new route today, and it ended up being one of my longest runs but it was so nice (around a lake that my brother kindly dropped me off at and then back home) that I barely noticed the distance.
-
I went for my run today just after my grandma arrived at our house, and it's her birthday. Oops. I'm sure she understands

In November I tried for 70km and only managed 57. Let's see how I go on the second try  I got in a good run this afternoon, so I'm off to a promising start
-
In August my brother ran a 12km with literally no training, when I was halfway through my C25K program. So I decided that next year, I'm going to run that 12km with him! Now it's December the longest run I've ever done is already 8.3km, so I've adjusted my goal to a different 12km race that's in May. I'm still going to…

I run on the footpath, but I always run to a park (there are quite a few nice big ones near me) so I can break it up a little with some grass

I agree with SueInAz, I love ZombiesRun. It's a game, where the basic premise is you're a runner for a settlement during the zombie apocalypse. You have to run to collect supplies and find information and that sort of thing, while running away from zombies. It's excellent

That sounds amazing, thanks :)

It was so hot today I had to wait till only about 10 minutes before sunset before even contemplating running. We didn't let the kids at work go run around outside all day, but then again I'm not 2 years old so I should be able to handle more heat than them  It was probably about 31 (Celcius) when I was on my run,…

I just got back from my longest run ever, 8.36km!!!!!! But what was really cool about it was that I finished it at exactly the same pace (7.08 mins/km) as I finished a run of less than half the distance on monday  although this probably just means I should be going faster on my shorter runs.

Just went for a quick 25 minutes today, testing out a new sports bra :) (it worked great!)
-
I took photos today that I compared with ones I took in August and I could actually see a big difference which was nice

Halfway through the month and I'm almost halfway

I'm cold just thinking about all of you running in the snow. Personally I'm worried about the heat here. The last time I tried running was in 2011, and I finished my C25K program in late November and then just never ran again when I finished because it was too hot. This time I finished the program in early October, and I'm…

I just got back from a run that was the longest run I have ever done (7.24km, which is not huge but for me it is) AND the second fastest I have ever run (7:12 minutes a km, again not particularly fast but great for me). I have no idea what I'm doing right, but I hope I keep doing it

3.77km today, not as far as I would've liked but still something
