Over on macros, under on calories
I'm a bit confused with my diary for today, I've got 400ish calories left but I've gone over on every macro (using the MFP provided goals). How is this physically possible, surely the grams of macros recommended add up to the calories recommended?

I did my last workout of Zombies5K today, which is a version of C25K. I ran for about 45 minutes straight following the audio, and it turns out I actually went 6.7km!!!!!!!!!!

What should I ask?
I've just joined a gym for the first time, and I would like to start the SL 5x5 program. At this gym we get one free fitness appraisal/training session at the start. I'm very bad at talking to people I don't know assertively and getting what I need I know so I think I'm going to come in with a list of questions to ask, so…

to gym or not to gym
I have thought about getting a gym membership, but I'm not really sure if it is worth it when I can walk, run, ride and do sit up or push up type exercises all for free. What is the thing about gyms? Should I maybe just buy some weights to have at home and do all the normal cardiovascular stuff I already do?

Too much sugar
Almost every day I go over my recommended amount for sugar, in fact I can't remember the last time I didn't. However almost all of what I eat that contributes to it is fruit, I eat a lot of it. Is it really so bad if I am just going over with fruit sugars and not the sugars in processed foods?
