Weekly Exercise Routine...

I'm curious, what's your typical week in terms of exercise? Do you change it up? Do you do the same thing every day? Do you do light amounts of exercise even on your 'rest' days, or do nothing? Are somedays set aside for certain things?

Monday, Wednesday and Friday are my rest days but I try to still maintain 10,000 steps on these days.
I always run on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Thursday and Sunday I do body balance or gym or swimming. I try to mix it up, sometimes if I have extra time or feel a bit more energised I might do a Zumba class before body balance.
I like my routine but sometimes I think it is good to swap things around and increase a bit of variety.0 -
i exercise Monday, Wednesday and Friday with the other days i rest
i run 5k each of those days and then swim for around 30 minutes in the evening0 -
I do Richard Simmons Tonin' to the oldies every morning with light weights. It gives me a little cardio, a little strength, and a little stretching. It's kind of goofy but it gets me going.
I do Tony Horton's P90 6 days a week. Still in stage I-II. Sweat one day, sculpt the next, one day a week off.
I have a lot of weight to lose and these two things are helping along with a healthier diet.0 -
I aim for 5 times a week. 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day. I do a mix of workout DVDs since I have a few. They incorporate both cardio and some weights. On rest days I don't exercise ...sometime I may do stretches / yoga ..something light.
I do try to do little things daily ...for instance ..take the stairs instead of elevators / escalators; park distance from the mall / grocery and walk as long as I'm not doing too much heavy shopping, run around with the toddler, take walks on my lunch break as long as the weather is nice.
I am on maintenance mode and don't necessarily want to lose but focus on body recomp maybe.0 -
I try to go to the gym 4-5 times a week. I do about 40 minutes to an hour of cardio and a bit of weight machines. I am not a big fan of strength training so I don't do it as much as I should but I tell myself that the cardio is enough.0
