I have congestive heart failure and all I'm doing is watching my sodium between 1500-2000. This site sure helps me to keep track of it. You don't realize how much is in some foods til you log it. I try to walk as much as I'm allowed by my cardiologist.

I made some french crepes and filled it with nutella and sprinkled a little cinnamon/sugar on top. It was good but way sweet.

I have been here for about 3 weeks. I am on a sodium restricted diet and this is the best way I have found to keep up with it. Thanks for letting me add you. :) I need all the support I can get.

I'm 5'7" 210 and wear size 18's but they are a little big. I bought a size 16 at old navy and they are way to small. Instead of taking them back for a bigger size I have them hanging on my closet door for motivation. I WILL fit my fat butt in them!!!

WOW! That is a big serving. I'm on a restricted sodium diet and I would only be able to eat 1 cup. But it sure sounds good.

I try to look at it all but I mostly concentrate on my sodium and the calories. I have CHF and on a sodium restricted diet. To me trying to keep under my 1500 sodium a day is tougher than staying under my calories.
