Its difficult because when your eating so much your stomach stretches to what it needs too and when you start to eat less there is no doubt that there will be hunger because your stomach has to shrink down to size, it wont last forever. Stay strong and motivated :)

That's awesome , good for you keep up the great work. Yes working out is great and the more you stick to it , just becomes a routine which is great . if you ever feel down and feel like you dont wanna get up and workout just remember that you'll feel so much better afterward.. Congrats :)

I did my day 3 today cause i started before you guys but it was awesome my legs were shaking but im getting better and stronger.

If you have a considerable amount of weight to lose there is no question that you should be exercising as well as eating healthy. Eating healthy is great to if you cant work out but I think the majority of people work out aswell.

im in quite the same boat as you except my brothers wedding is june 16th and I have to fit into this really pretty bridesmaids dress we have to order them in feb so im trying to get my butt in gear. Im here for any support if you need it. Ill add you as a friend right now :)

Would love to add you as a friend. Im also 21 and I have about 50 pds or so to lose. Just finishing up school myself. Mine is at home though so I do my schooling have a full time job and try to keep up my diet and exercise so I know exactly how you feel. Here for support if you need it.

If your only looking to lose about 15pds I would try the 17 day diet last time I was on it I lost 12 pds in 17 days. I swear by it to everyone. I just got back on it yesterday im looking forward to the results :) Hope you find what your looking for.
