When I still lived at home I had a Zumba game for the wii, it was the first one that came out on Wii. I hadnt even thought about my diet exercise etc when I move to Spain for a year. However its not for another year and a half yet so I don't need to worry now :laugh: Although I'm more worried by the actual move than anything else.

Don't give up! It sounds like you've been doing amazing, especially before the Holidays. I struggle with evening snacking too, especially if i find myself twiddling my thumbs. I like house/dance/club music when I workout especially if I'm on cross trainer/elliptical but then again I love that type of music generally :)

At least you can eat well :) I always try to and end up going back to my bad habits a few days later, maybe you can give me some tips on staying on the healthy eating bandwagon :)
