I am now able to jog 3 miles nonstop. When I started out could not walk on treadmill without holding on. Today I jogged almost 40 minutes nonstop, almost 4 miles!

    That is a HUGE victory!!! I know exactly how you feel- and it only gets better! I can run further and longer now than anytime before in my life.. it's a liberating feeling, and you should TOTALLY be proud!! Very happy for you :-)
