I'm a 4th year college student and I know how busy that can be! Its hard to keep this up but you will find pretty good support on this site.

You should always eat when you are hungry, and don't starve yourself. And I agree with the others. You can eat lots of veggies that aren't so filled with calories and they tend to keep you full for a pretty decent time.

@CALake I don't see the option for that. Is it an app only thing? If so, what phone os is it for? @Marquettedomino I think I'll consider that if I can find a cheap one.
