You look amazing! I don't think you have a thing to be embarrassed about! & you're quite right, weight itself isn't necessarily a good judge...now if only someone would tell my brilliant family doctor this -_-.

I LOVE pasta....and all manner of unhealthy, decadent Italian food, actually. I do hold back most of the time but if I were to have a pig out heaven food, that would be it.

I just started...so I haven't lost any yet to my knowledge, but my starting weigh is 200. It's the largest I've ever been and I'm feeling in desperate need of motivation myself.

I'm embarrassed to say I hadn't thought of the circuit training thing, but that would probably be a fair starting point. I do a lot of those kinds of workouts, too, and don't have a HRM yet so I'm right there with you.
