I'm 6'1 and 350 and I eat 1500-1700 every day. I don't eat if I'm not hungry. Too many people say you "have to eat your target" and you don't. Listen to your body. If you are content and not moody or really tired then stick with it.

My biggest one was alcohol. Got rid of her and now it's peaceful. Anybody that is not supportive of someone else trying to better themselves has some serious self worth issues or is perhaps just so self absorbed it's crippling them. Tune that crap out and stay the course.

We are all in this together. I've done this before and lost 100lbs and due to a very successful bulking period I have gained all my weight back so not I have to lose it again. This time I want a total loss of 140lbs. Started at 370 and now 352 3 weeks in.

Simple just do it. Log EVERYTHING. Every food and drink. Read all labels and make good choices. Lot and lots and lots and lots of water...... Then drink water. Very easily done if you are serious. If you have a lot of weight to lose and have the body fat to fuel your body then it's easy. 1200-1500 good quality calories a day with exercise and you will burn 2.5+ times that every day.

That's probably estimating the total calories you but all day just by being alive. If you are asking should you eat back 2000 calories a day on top of what you are allowed with MFP? I would have to say NO! Like the other member said, go check out the Fitbit user side. That's a whole different animal then just MFP logging.…

Well be as accurate as you can and log EVERYTHING. Also when you weigh yourself you need to do it at the same time preferably on an empty stomach and after the bathroom in the morning for example. Keep at it because MFP works. I was a success story but gave up and made really bad choices for years and gained my weight back…

I dont weigh a thing. Everything i buy has a weight on it so i just do math. I will use volume measurments (cups,tsp,ect) but dont use a scale.

Well its only my opinion but I see way to many carbs and sugar. Sodium is through he roof also. Regardless what anybody will say whole foods are are the ticket over processed foods.

Hello, Any "kit" is garbage. It is laced with preservatives to keep it "frash".. The veggies used are sub-par and covered in chemicals. Any salad that is not made from fresh veggies is truly crap. For sure dont listen to other people about what is right. I cringe when I see people go "fat free" diets and only eat special K. But I have to remember that no one way is the only way. I lost weight on both extreams. It is truly burn more than you take in. Good luck. I know you can do it.
