I've been running off and on since 1999. Recently I've been running constantly at least 2x per week the past 10 months. Currently realizing I need to incorporate more "goal" runs into my plans.

Thanks! MFP seemed to be doing a fine job of updating as I went but I went in My Home / Goals and clicked on Change Goals at the bottom and it updated my calories, reducing me by 20 calories/day.

Thank you! Yes! To me, so far, the biggest benefit to MFP is having the data to be able to make decisions on - knowing both the consequences and benefits of my choices.

I can really relate since I don't reach for a salt shaker but there is often enough in the food (just don't get that hit of salt taste). One option if you are looking replace the salt - use pepper?
