Thank you jmast7769 - I agree that a weights program would be most beneficial. I did start noticing a difference in those short 5 weeks - but I also noticed a difference in my appetite! Appreciate the feedback!

Lots of cardio right now - running 3-4 miles 3 or 4x's per week, walking on non run days. I started doing some weights training in Feb. Followed Harley Pasternaks' 5 factor fitness weight routine and liked it. Found it a bit repetitive at the end of the 5 weeks though. I then went on vacation and have struggled to get back…

Well, my personal struggle right now is sticking to a reasonable eating plan. I'm active most days of the week and have had some weight loss success with weight watchers (last year), but do not like their new plan and the meetings were feeling pretty stale for me. I do believe that it just gets tougher and tougher to…

Natasha- Congrats on being so close to the end of the proram! Today is W8D3 for me! I have mapped out a 3.1 mile route and plan to tackle it right after work. My free app died at week 7 day 3 but thankfully I remember what they want me to do and just signed into runmeter so I can start tracking my pace/mileage, etc. I have…

So happy to find some people at the beginning stages of the c25k! I have been wanting to do this running program for 2 years - yes ... 2 years of excuses. I separated from my husband of 16 years last July ( after 23 years of being together dating/marriage combined ) and my father passed away 2 days after christmas last…
