I do want to try the beachbody programs but the price on them are killing me... Shakeology is way too expensive... I think next month i'll switch to a different shake then buy a dvd from them.

I normally jog at least twice a week and doing interval training (jillian michaels 30 ripped in 30 and the toneitup workouts on youtube) now that its slowly getting warmer, I've played tennis a couple of times. I had this same problem! I stared by just drinking a little less everyday.. Then I just bough caffeine free diet coke... It only took me a month and I was an AVID diet coke/dr pepper girl.... Now I barely ever have sodas. Replacing your cans with bottled water so you have no soda option is good too!

i'm the exact same height and trying to loose about that same amount of weight and man its hard!!! i have lost about 9 pounds so far and i feel like it doesn't show at all and its so depressing... Let's support each other! I need as much motivation as I can get!
