Post partum Stomach
Any advice on loosing weight after having a baby? I'm 4 months out and am ready to get rid of the weight, mainly around my waistline. I've been cutting carbs and exercising twice a week (maybe three if I'm lucky) but with two children under 2, it's hard to find the time! Any advice would be great!

frustrated!
How long would you say it would take to loose a good 10 pounds? I've been eating 1200 calories a day since january. I cut out soda for the most part (I still have a diet dr pepper about once a week) and i've been exercising 3 to 4 times a week and I've only lost like 4 pounds! I get really bored doing the same workout all the time! I have done two weeks of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, i've played the heck out of Just Dance 2 on the Wii, and i've been jogging. hey everyone! I've been doing Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 and it seems like I'm not loosing any fat, but gaining a lot of muscle especially in my arms! Does anyone have any tips or suggestions to burn arm fat without gaining a lot of muscle mass? I feel like my arms are getting huge!
