What you did is what I normally do. I drink diet soda to fill me up and just try to distract myself! Or just get in bed lol I'm so bad too! I have it. Not sure what stage though. My daughter is 7 months. It has gotten better since I’ve lost weight and started exercising!! Not 100% but so much better! I pushed out two 9-10 pound babies haha

Compression shorts! They are tight and at first I was totally uncomfortable, but as I've lost they just look better and stay on just fine! I love Nike pros. I get mine from the Nike outlet. They aren't the cheapest shorts I've ever bought, but they are the best and have lasted the longest

If you don't measure yourself, start! I did that when I started to slow down loosing it on the scale and it has helped me stay motivated bc I'm seeing losses in other ways now :)

I've been doing evenings too when it's under 90... do you use a hydration backpack? I was just looking at those but didn't know if I should waste the money if it's uncomfortable

I take a One a Day vitamin for metabolism support. It basically has b vitamins and it's a gummy so it's not terrible. Idk if its doing much but I figured it couldnt hurt :)

I'm right there with you! 4 months post partum... I'm trying to cut out carbs and lost 3 pounds last week! Exercising is slacking though with two under the age of two. I need to get better ideas. Been doing Tracy anderson once or twice (if I'm lucky) and my abs hurt for a good two days after doing her post partum DVD
