I do 2 cups Kale, 1/2 gala apple, 1/2 cup pineapple, and 1 kiwi peeled, plus water (about 1 cup). Its great...though I think I am going to try it with green tea, as someone suggested, instead of water.

I agree with the cocoa butter. Get the purest cocoa butter you can find. Regular cocoa butter lotion really doesn't have much in it. I think our bodies naturally have a slower metabolism at night so it makes it extra hard. What worked for me is doing everything I could to increase my metabolism.

Using MFP I noticed that when I switched to night shift (7p-7a) I stopped losing weight even though I was still eating healthy and working out more! Some of my favorites out of the billion DVDs at my house are Turbo Fire, Turbo Jam, Brazil Butt Lift, Les Mills Pump, and Insanity. Also, if you have netflix there are tons of videos on there you can do. You can switch them up all the time and you dont have to buy another dvd.
