I did it too and think it's a really great core workout - it doesn't matter how flexible you are. Just try to keep with it and each time you do it, it gets easier. What helps is that they have the Biggest Loser contestents doing it with you and some of them are not flexible and also, clumsy like me lol. Give it a try!

I totally feel your pain - I've found switching it up with exercise does help and if you don't have access to an elliptical or treadmill, Zumba burns a lot of calories as well as Tai-bo. Also, try the Biggest Loser Boot Camp DVD - it works on the cardio and toning too. I feel like it's a constant struggle to figure my body…

Hi Christine! Keep on trying - that is all we can do and one day we will see the results we are all striving for. If you have a bad day, just put it behind you and move forward.
