Thanks, at this moment running is out of the question, but i do fast pace walking....so i guess i will stick with that for now

Yea I understand and I have changed my diet, just wanted to know if there was any workouts to help in the belly area more then others

I have done this where I will go and have my Chinese food once a week in the past with other diets and did well. Last night I decided to have sushi for dinner... but after reading some of these comments I am not sure i want to do that anymore

Thanks I think I will try this too as I keep getting blisters in the same spots on my feet too
