Ok so I haven't been that great this week. I did work out Mon & Tue. Then it went down hill from there. I've picked up 2 bad habits again. Coffee from Starbucks and Fries. I've had fries twice this week. So I'm making it a point to do better tomorrow. Ugh Day 1 for me again

Day 3 well it hasnt been a great day so far. I love coffee so much, but I've had to shake it cause I was becoming obsessive with it. I try to only have 2 a week now. I feel so bad now. :(

I'm the same way. After my workout's I'm pooped. I don't see how people get up at 5 in the morning and workout then goto their jobs. I'd be sleep everyday.

I did it, along with the appetite suppressant. Unless you eat basically nothing (500 calories) it's not going to make a difference. I seen people lose Tons. I mean Tons of weight but one your off the program and eating everyday foods again. The weight creeps back and then some. I promise you it's not worth it. Exercise and…

Yes Diabetes runs rapidly through my family. Another reason why I'm trying to live a healthy life. Most days after my workout I try to drink a protein shake but today I didn't I'll defiantly look into that

No no caffeine before workouts just a protein bar and water or Green Tea

I think this may be the problem. I was just told this month that I have asthma so I have to use my inhaler before my workouts. but even during the cardio I'm still wheezing
