Headaches after my morning workouts

So I'm working out in the mornings around 9:30 and about 2 hours after I finish I start to get a headache. It happens any time I do extreme cardio. Like Athletic Conditioning or cycling or even running. I'm drinking plenty or water and even Gatorade. Why is this?

    Any history of diabetes?

    What do you eat after a workout and how soon after you workout do you eat?

    I used to get really bad migraines from not breathing properly through my workouts...

    have you checked your blood pressure latley? How about your sugar it may even be to low.

    Yep blood pressure is good. had to go to the Dr earlier this month

    I used to get really bad migraines from not breathing properly through my workouts...
    I think this may be the problem. I was just told this month that I have asthma so I have to use my inhaler before my workouts. but even during the cardio I'm still wheezing

    No no caffeine before workouts just a protein bar and water or Green Tea

    Yes Diabetes runs rapidly through my family. Another reason why I'm trying to live a healthy life.
    Most days after my workout I try to drink a protein shake but today I didn't
    I'll defiantly look into that

    I'd also suggest you test your blood sugar if you get another headache.
